Shipping policy

We offer both Courier and Canada Postal Service. Because of Canada Post's "Cubing Policy" on bulky or heavy items a shipping surcharge may apply. You will pay actual postage plus a small handling fee in Canadian funds.

When can you expect delivery of your items? We will process and ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on or before Wednesday.

We are NOT Responsible for lost, stolen or late packages.

All USA envelopes up to 16 oz may be sent via letter mail. Shipping may be reduced.
All USA packages are sent via tracking through USPS.

All International packages are sent via tracking.

    • Letter mail and small packets cannot be tracked.

    • If your order has a tracking number, it is your responsibility to keep track of parcel.

    • For additional charges, we will add Insurance and Signature upon your request in the comments section when ordering.

    • Once a package or letter leaves our hands we have no control as to the treatment of the letter or package. Therefore, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen parcels or letters nor weather related damage or delays. A package will not be covered if delivery people deem it as "DELIVERED".

    • Lost packages are only covered if you requested insurance.

    • If packages are damaged, You have to submit the claim. They will require detailed pictures and information. You should do this immediately.

  • We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Triple check that all your addresses are correct. We will not refund for a wrong address on your part. If your package is returned, we will email you. You are responsible for the added cost to reship.
